【保護者の皆様へ】Juan先生のビザ申請に伴う一時帰国と今後のレッスン運営について
保護者の皆さまへ
いつもスタジオの活動に温かいご理解とご協力をいただき、誠にありがとうございます。
2025年よりスタジオチームに加わったJuan先生は、これまで就労ビザ取得に向けて尽力してまいりました。しかしながら、このたびやむを得ず再申請を行う必要が生じました。再申請にあたり、審査期間中は日本国外に滞在しなければならず、数ヶ月の間スタジオでのレッスンを担当することができなくなります。
このような状況となりましたことを、心よりお詫び申し上げます。スタジオとしては、今年中にJuan先生が無事に就労ビザを取得し、レッスンを再開できるよう、全力を尽くしてまいります。
2025年から現在まで、Juan先生は約20名近い生徒の皆さんと関わり、常に情熱と誠実さをもって素晴らしいレッスンを行ってくださいました。スタジオとしても感謝の気持ちでいっぱいです。そして、再び一緒に働ける日が一日も早く訪れることを心より願っております。
Juan先生の不在期間中は、私、堀優希、そして現在面接を進めている後任講師がレッスンを担当いたします。
また、以下の選択肢をご用意しております。
・Juan先生の復帰を待つ
・オンラインでJuan先生のレッスンを継続する（可能な限り調整いたします）
・スタジオ講師による対面レッスンを継続する
生徒の皆さんのこれまでのプログレスをしっかりと維持できるよう、スタジオ一同、最善を尽くしてまいります。何卒ご理解とご協力を賜りますようお願い申し上げます。

Dear Parents and Guardians,
Thank you always for your continued trust and warm support of our studio.
Since joining our team in 2025, Juan has been working diligently toward obtaining his work visa. Unfortunately, we have been informed that a reapplication is required. During the review process, he must remain outside of Japan, and therefore he will be unable to teach at the studio for several months.
We sincerely apologize for this unexpected situation. Please rest assured that we are doing everything in our power to support Juan in successfully obtaining his work visa within this year and to welcome him back to the studio as soon as possible.
From 2025 to the present, Juan has worked with nearly 20 students, delivering inspiring and dedicated lessons with great care. We are deeply grateful for his contributions and truly hope to work alongside him again very soon.
During his absence, lessons will be covered by myself, Yuki Hori, along with a new instructor currently in the interview process. We would also like to offer the following options:
• Waiting for Juan’s return
• Continuing lessons online with Juan (we will arrange this as much as possible)
• Continuing in-person lessons with a studio instructor
Our entire team is committed to maintaining each student’s progress during this transition period. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
